Kaufman Group, LLC
I have been providing consulting
and coaching services since 1983. My real-world business and life
experiences over the last 30 years including my professional training, has
evolved into a rich spectrum of knowledge, insights and
understandings that I use today in my coaching practice ... and I
refer
to this as my "Coaching Wisdom" toolbox.
"I am so confident that my Coaching Practice can support your
desires in
obtaining your goals that I personally invite you for a complimentary and confidential coaching
session with me to get you started in the process."
Professional coaching services are offered to business executives
... and on
a personal level, to individuals ... each seeking to discover
new possibilities and opportunities they can choose to apply to
their professional world or to their personal life.
Sessions are offered in-person, over the phone or Skype.
I was founder and for 16 years president of Kaufman Group,
Inc., a business consulting firm and software development company
with offices in Phoenix and Minneapolis. The prime focus of
the services we provided was to study, redesign and automate core
business processes for our clients.
Kaufman Group, Inc., with a staff of 35 engineers, was primarily
engaged by Fortune 1000 companies with such notables as Carnival
Cruise Lines, the Dutch Telephone Company, Goodyear Aerospace and
Kellogg's. We also provided consulting services to state and local
governments such as the
State of Minnesota, Westchester County, NY and
Napa County, CA.
In looking back on Kaufman Group, Inc.'s success, I attribute much
of the high level of customer satisfaction to our diverse staff who I
regularly provided both team coaching workshops to and one-on-one
coaching sessions.
I sold my share of Kaufman Group, Inc. in 1999 to enjoy spending
more quality time raising my son. Soon there after I formed a new business with one purpose in mind ... so
I could continue my
commitment to be of service to others. Starting in 2011, I was allowed to use
my previous
business name of Kaufman Group again and reclaimed it.
After I graduated from
Newfield Network's renowned nine month ontological coaching program in Boulder, CO,
I became a coach member of the
International Coach Federation
(ICF) and currently serve on the ICF Tucson Chapter board as president elect of the organization.
Since 2005, I regularly volunteer my time in the Tucson community leading adult support group
programs regarding personal relationship transitions.
